6 week fitness programs:
This introductory fitness program is designed to set
a foundation for improvement in weight loss, sports performance
and general fitness.
12 week fitness
programs
After completing this program a client should
experience dramatic improvement in strength, body fat
percentage, performance, and muscle tone. Enrollees train
2-3 times per week with a biomechanics specialist on a detailed
fitness plan.
